Support the Deaf Cultural Center! |

As a Non-Profit organization, the Deaf Cultural Center depends on the many individuals who recognize the value of what we are able to provide to the community at large. Our funding comes from donations, memberships and grants. We receive no monies from state or local government. We would love to have your support and involvement with the Deaf Cultural Center. If you are looking for a charity to support, please give consideration to being part of our growing membership group! Contact us for additional information. Thank you! |

Membership: being a part of something greater than yourself. That's what it's like being a member of the Kansas Educational Foundation and the William J. Marra Museum of Deaf History and Deaf Culture. Being a member offers you the opportunity to get involved with the Deaf community, support diversity and have a great time doing it! There are activities all year long for members and volunteers. The Annual Memebership Banquet is a highlight in the fall and participation with city-wide and region-wide activities throughout the year will keep you hopping! The Museum is ever changing, as exhibits are added and expanded and each visit brings something new to discover. But most of all, being a member means that you are supporting the first Deaf Cultural Center in the country. It means that you are supporting the Deaf community and its history. |
