Workshop for Kansas Museum Association Conference

The DCC is thrilled to partner with Accessible Arts in Kansas City. Those readers who are members of the Kansas Museum Association check out this workshop: How to Make Your Museum Accessible, November 4 -6 in Hutchinson.

Sandra Kelly, executive director of the Deaf Cultural Center will be presenting.suggestions, ideas and universal design tips and she will help participants analyze their own accommodation needs. Take advantage of the opportunity to "walk the walk" in order to gain understanding of the challenges many museum visitors face.
